  2. Rewire Your Brain
    • Willpower isn’t enough—use repetition and neuroplasticity.
    • Build new habits with tools, practices, and support.
    • The “pause” before a drink = golden moment for change.
  3. Find Your People
    • Connection is the opposite of addiction.
    • Tribe Sober provides role models, accountability, and encouragement.
