In this guided meditation episode of Five Minutes of Peace, we welcome back life coach David Lawson to lead listeners through a transformative visualization to help release limiting beliefs and consciously create the future they want.

David begins with grounding breathwork—inviting you to sit comfortably, breathe deeply, and feel energy rise from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head. As you settle into stillness, he guides you to imagine a peaceful place in nature — a beach, a forest, or a meadow — where your mind and body can relax into calm awareness.

He then explains how the power of conscious thought can rewire your brain. By recognizing and releasing unwanted emotions or stories that no longer serve you, you can shift from anxiety and self-doubt toward freedom and empowerment. Through this process, David teaches that awareness gives you choice — the ability to stop old patterns, cancel them, and consciously create new beliefs aligned with your higher self.

Listeners are invited to:

  • Identify and release emotions that keep them stuck.
  • Surrender old energy to the universe for transformation.
  • Visualize their new self — free, peaceful, and empowered.
  • Trust in the universe’s support to sustain that change.

The meditation closes with gentle reminders to breathe, relax, and re-enter your day with renewed energy and awareness.
