Markie Hancock, Jonathan Wallace and Sigrid Meinel of East End for Peace and Justice join Heart of The East End Gianna Volpe on WLIW-FM to talk about the weekly vigil gathering to protest the War in Gaza, which has occurred every Sunday at 3 p.m. since October 7, 2023 in front of the windmill in downtown Sag Harbor. Later in the hour, Pollock-Krasner Foundation grant recipient, Ted Thirlby, comes into the studio ahead of his “Transitions” solo exhibition opening this Saturday, August 16 from 4-7 p.m. and running through mid-September at William RiS Gallery in Jamesport.
