If you’ve lost weight and gained it back more times than you can count . . .

If you make self destructive decisions and you have no idea why . . .

If you struggle to lose weight and keep it off . . .

Then you’re familiar with self sabotage.

For some, it happens as soon as they start making real progress. For some, it happens when life gets busy or they get stressed.

For some, it happens exactly when they least expect it - when they’ve made progress and they’re on top of the world!

Regardless of when it happens for you or whether or not you can see it coming, self sabotage is real. It’s basically us messing things up for what seems like no good reason.
