Have you ever really thought about whether your job defines who you are—or if it’s just one part of your life? It’s not something we usually stop to think about, but it’s a big question, isn’t it?

We spend so much of our time working that it’s easy to feel like our jobs are a huge part of our identity. But here’s the thing—are they really all there is to us?

Picture this for a second: if your job title disappeared tomorrow, who would you be? Would you feel lost, like a piece of you was missing? Or would you still know your worth, deep down?

These kinds of questions can feel a little uncomfortable, but they’re so important. They help us separate what we do from who we are. Because honestly, you’re so much more than just the tasks you check off your to-do list or the title on your business card.

This week, I’m going to look at whether you’re more than your job title, how to reconnect with the person behind your resume, and how to live authentically in all the roles you play.
