One thing I love about having my own business is the opportunities I get to connect with some really intelligent, incredibly thoughtful, and all around bad-ass people. In the first (and possibly only!) long episode this year, I’m sharing the light and wisdom of Dr. Jennifer Hutton—aka, Dr. Jpop. What you may or may not realize, however, is the fact that Jpop is in every single episode of this podcast.

I wanted to talk to her because if there’s someone who knows how to keep moving forward and making a difference when the world looks like… well, you know… it’s Jennifer. We have to let our values be at the root of everything we do and take plenty of pauses because you can’t be a light in this world if you can’t find light for yourself. There’s no checklist we can cross off in order to be a “good person,” but we can take a moment to reflect, look to ourselves and our communities, and figure out how to meet this moment as it comes.

Let’s chat.
