Welcome to Hello Bump, a podcast about what you’re not expecting when you’re expecting.

In this episode, hosts Jana Pittman and Grace Rouvray discover your baby is around the size of a coconut or a small loaf of bread! At week 28, your baby is now growing rapidly and is starting to develop sleep/wake cycles. Meanwhile, you’re likely to start to feel more breathless as your uterus is pushing up against your ribcage and lungs which can make some everyday things, like tying your shoelaces, a little more uncomfortable. Plus, Grace asks Jana about how to manage low iron levels.
