Tonight, on a live in-studio edition of Trackside with Curt Cavin and Kevin Lee as Kevin starts recaps last weekend’s testing from the Indianapolis road course and talks about his early screening inside the new Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. Later, Kevin and producer Landon Coons read and answer fan questions from X, starting with Jay Frye becoming the newest team principal as Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, Thermal Club TV ratings, a new RACER article on key pieces for the 2026 calendar, and engine costs.

Later in the first hour of the show, Kevin and Landon talk about the recent Indy NXT testing from Nashville Superspeedway with Dennis Hauger topping the charts, Sophia Florsch and HMD Motorsports parting ways after one race, Kyle Larson getting a double documentary through Amazon Prime Video, and more on the 2026 calendar.

To wrap up wrap up the first hour of the show, Kevin talks with Habitat for Humanity donators, Glen and Stacy Pomeroy along with their sons, John and Luke, on John’s high school media experience.

To start the second hour of the show, Kevin finally finds Curt as they talk about the Long Beach Grand Prix with the new Penske Entertainment acquisition. They also grade the team's performance with two races into the season

Later in the second hour of the program, Curt is joined by Jim Michaelian, President and CEO of the Long Beach Grand Prix, to talk about the history of the race and entering it’s 50th race anniversary.

Then to wrap up another addition of the show, Kevin talks more about Jay Frye staying in IndyCar with RLL.
