Rick Davis was born and raised in central Indiana. He's been an entrepreneur ever since he was old enough to push a lawn mower! Rick has been in some form of management ever since his first W2 job at Papa Murphy's as a shift manager at 16 years old. After attending Indiana State University, he partnered up with a national electrical distributor and learned how to manage their "profit centers." -Having PNL responsibility helped him understand how to grow and operate a business.

Rick, his wife Kalyn, and their dog Sulley, live on the south side of Indianapolis and started up Sullivan Home Loans the day after they got back from their honeymoon! (Yes the company is named after their dog!)

Sullivan Home Loans is on a mission to raise the lending standard in each of the markets they serve.
