Brad Murray's story begins in Covington, Indiana, where he was born and raised. Growing up in a household with a father who worked shifts in a factory and a mother who was a school teacher, Brad developed an early understanding of hard work and community.

In 1999, he made the move to Indianapolis to attend Purdue Indianapolis. A few years later, in 2002, he married his high school sweetheart, Jen. Their family grew significantly in 2007 with the arrival of their quadruplet sons, Henry, Brooks, Clark, and Isaac, followed by another son, Hudson, in 2016.

Brad initially spent six years working in Civil Engineering as a CAD tech at Woolpert. When the opportunity arose in 2009 after a layoff, he decided to venture out and start his own business. Over time, and through some name changes, this endeavor evolved into what is now Inspire Website Design, which he co-owns with his business partner, Wade Danforth. At Inspire Website Design, the focus is on collaborating with clients to develop custom website solutions, helping them enhance their online presence, attract more visitors through search, and convert those visitors into sales.

A significant step in their journey came in 2020 with the acquisition of Scale Squad, a company providing white-label website development and hosting services. Since then, the hosting footprint for Scale Squad has expanded from around 800 websites to 1300. The team has also grown, with five members based in the US and eleven in the Philippines. Scale Squad's aim is to support other website design agencies across the US by offering wholesale pricing for website builds and hosting, allowing them to serve their clients efficiently and profitably

Brad is always open to connecting with organizations to discuss their digital marketing needs. He offers a free 30-minute online marketing strategy session, which you can arrange via his Calendly link. Schedule your free strategy session with Brad here: https://calendly.com/brad-schedule/1-...
