In this episode, I'm talking about something we often overlook - our precious, tender ears and the increasingly noisy world we're living in.

You know what I've noticed? Everything just seems to be getting louder! From weddings where we're screaming over 10-piece bands to movies that make our ears ring, to the constant hum of traffic, leaf blowers, and construction - our world is literally getting noisier, and scientists have confirmed it.

But here's what I want you to understand: this isn't just about hearing loss. When there's too much noise, our bodies go into fight-or-flight mode, our stress hormones spike, and our nervous systems struggle to keep up. That's why I'm sharing three powerful tips to protect your beautiful sense of hearing.

First, I'll show you how to create true silence in your day - even just five minutes can give your ears and nervous system the break they desperately need. Then we'll talk about using ear protection creatively (and why it's wisdom, not weakness!).
