HELPER Act Content & List Building Strategy is the next step in this newsjacking marketing strategy. We are creating content around this topic and asking them to opt in for updates. This bill was originally introduced to both the House and the Senate in 2021. Last week, the Senate bill was reintroduced. There are also major trade associations on the Hill with an army of lobbyists pushing for the passing of this bill.
