Why Feminine Embodiment is Essential in Times of Crisis

We're living in intense times—so how can we navigate them in embodied ways? Whether you're navigating cyclones from climate change, destabilizing political regimens or something else closer to home, it's beyond heart breaking. So what does this have to do with feminine embodiment? (hint, the answer's everything).

There has never been MORE of a need for feminine power on the planet. So how can we access it, and use it, in embodied ways?

💡 Hint: It all starts in the body.

During the podcast, we'll dive into:

  • What power actually is & how it moves through the body

  • Why personal empowerment is not enough on it's own

  • How to feel more resourced & stable in wild times, using somatic tools

  • How to prevent feeling frozen or overwhelmed by the polycrisis' that abound

  • What these times ask of us as practitioners

As a mother living with low grade anxiety about the state of the world my kids will inherit, this much is abundantly evident to me - if i don't do something with my power, then it's not real power. In the podcast we dive into what I've been doing about that.
