Why doesn’t repurposing your live launch content inside an evergreen funnel work?

💡 That’s exactly the question I’m answering in this week’s special Q+A podcast episode.

For the last 10 years I’ve heard coaches who teach launching tell course creators that they can create an evergreen funnel simply by repurposing their live launch content.

As someone who makes millions per year (100% of my revenue from evergreen courses) I can tell you that approach doesn’t work.

It never did.

Could you make a few sales in the beginning? Maybe. But then your sales start to dip - and you’re left wondering if evergreen will ever work for you.

The launching and evergreen methods are simply too different to repurpose content effectively.

The short version is that:

Launching is a high-risk method that requires months of list building and nurturing, leading up to an open cart. When your launch ends, so does ALL the momentum you’ve built. It’s radio silence for your business until the cycle

begins again.

An evergreen model allows you to enroll new students into your programs on an ongoing basis, not just a couple times per year. This puts you in a great position to grow consistently over time.

So the truth is, evergreen is not the problem - your evergreen strategy is.

✅ Tune in for the full episode to learn why repurposing your live launch content into an evergreen funnel doesn’t work + what to do instead.
