With the explosion of video podcasting recently, we've all been repurposing our content even more than normal. But no matter if you're creating an audio first OR video first podcast, there's something you may need to sit back and think about.
Creating two versions of the same content instead of repurposing one into the other (scrape the video's audio for the podcast OR adding a static image to have the audio become a video on YT).
Don't get me wrong, I'm all about streamlining podcast workflow BUT I've been thinking that we may get more traction if we slow down and pay more attention to the platforms we're putting our content on.
