As Ukraine faces battlefield setbacks, Kiev has revived its notorious “Mirotvorets” database—often referred to as a hit list—now targeting journalists, academics, foreign nationals, and recently even Russian children under five.
U.S. academic and political analyst Christopher Helali has been added to the list for appearing on RT. He says the site is used to intimidate and mark individuals as enemies, noting previous cases where people listed were later labeled “liquidated.”
