In this episode, we go back to where the obsession began. All three of us recount our first exposure to the Resident Evil series. After words, we get into the meat of the game and discuss its mechanics after having played the later games in the series. A slew of news slams us this week including all the goodies from the Tokyo Game Show. We finally have our call in line setup, and we take some calls from some of the listeners in the podcast. A noteworthy podcast, as it is the first time the "1.5" Trailer debuted to the world. Special thanks to Sin Valentine and Borman for lending their voices for the skit! TheSelfishGene calls in and gives us a nice, detailed report on Biohazard for the Sega Saturn. Andyfer_Ruu calls in to ask us if we prefer the Remake or the original. Helegad calls to tell us he's playing the Deadly Silence re-release on the Nintendo DS. shanemurphy calls in to ask us what our favorite music track is, and Rombie of Resident Evil Fan calls us, straight from the Resident Evil 1 mansion labs, to give some thoughts on the game. Project Omega's remix of some Wesker lines in Code: Veronica sets the stage for episode 4 of the dispatch.
