We'd love to hear your feedback

Hello, welcome to this month's edition of Rotacast.

As always, we begin with District Governor Edwin's Roundup, sharing his latest travels and reflections from across the district.

District Secretary Jan also joins us with key updates and reminders to keep you informed and connected.

This episode is packed with powerful stories.

We start with warming hearts in the city as we follow Rotary Middleton and the local charity Cold Hands Warm Hearts on a September night in Manchester City Centre. Together, they distribute food and kindness to those experiencing homelessness.

Next, we bring you a vision of hope, the remarkable journey from shipping container to state-of-the-art clinic. Rotary Russian and Western Man played a vital role in constructing a 17,000-square-foot medical facility in Bwindi, Uganda, a testament to global service and local determination.

Closer to home, we spotlight Rotarian Cath Foster from Rotary Bolton Daybreak, who took to the skies literally by skydiving from 11,000 feet to raise funds for Bolton Hospice.

And finally, we follow the adventures of 10 young international participants who joined us for this year's Rotary Youth Exchange summer camp. Over two weeks, they built friendships and created unforgettable memories.

Thanks for listening, and please remember to like and subscribe using your favourite podcast platform.
