There are growing reports of paramilitary forces committing mass killings and other atrocities in the Sudanese city of el-Fasher.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) says 460 patients and companions have been reportedly killed in one of the city's hospitals.

The city had been under siege for 18 months, with hundreds of thousands of civilians trapped in desperate conditions, cut off from aid.
