The Greens have accused the Albanese government of failing to learn from the Robodebt scandal, after a damning new report confirmed welfare agencies have continued to break the law.

The Commonwealth Ombudsman found 1,000 job seekers were wrongfully kicked off payments by an automated process, but said there were differences to the Robodebt saga.
