Many of you may be going through tough times with your symptoms. Wether you've just been just diagnosed or your tired of feeling different symptoms and want to start feeling better, there are many natural solutions. Really, there are! Healing takes time, however, if you're consistent and start with a whole foods diet, get outside, and take care of yourself the way you should, you can get back to feeling good again.

Doctors don't know everything! Stop trusting your western doctor thinking they have all the answers because most don't. Most have not been trained that diet and lifestyle can heal. Most of them don't know that you can heal yourself. I know a lot of people who have done this including me! I healed myself naturally and have helped a couple of people wean off their drugs. Drugs for MS are NOT needed. In fact, most do more damage that you may realized. We are NOT meant to be on long term drugs.

I also chat about the importance of exercise. When your body is moving, you are cleaning out your lymphatic system. This system is a circulatory system made up of lymph vessels, which are much like blood vessels. It drains extra fluid (called lymph) that has passed out of the blood and into tissues and returns it back to the blood.

If you already know that you can heal naturally and you're not seeing the fruit of your actions, it's not you. I talk about all the different symptoms you may be feeling in this episode. There are just a few tweaks you need to help you feel better. You just need a clear strategy.

The first step in healing MS or other autoimmune diseases is start with nutrition! Even Hippocrates said, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

The four pillars of health are:

1. Nutrition (Food)

2. Mental and Emotional health

3. Body movement

4. Self Care

In my program I teach and show others what a healthy diet consists of and I give out lots of easy recipes to start enjoying the healing process. It's the new habits that you need to form is the harder part.

If you'd like to start healing with food, my cookbook, is a great start!
