Conflict can be complex; all those factors can do your head in. The process of mapping organises your thoughts so you can get a grip on what’s driving everyone involved. Mapping the conflict comes from Conflict Resolution Network's 12 skill approach to handling conflict constructively. We've tested and refined these skills over many years to support you in better relationships at home, at work and in the community. And help you design much better solutions, too!

Our presenter is Helena Cornelius, a professional psychologist with a wealth of conflict resolving experience.

It's based on the book, Everyone Can Win, by Helena Cornelius, Shoshana Faire and Estella Cornelius. Christine James has joined the writing team for this audio series.

Our music is by Stewart D’Arrietta.
