This week I resume my mini-series on 'releasing the worrier within' in which I share insights and tips to release the grip that worry can have on us and free ourselves up to focus on what really matters - the here and now and working on our goals. This week I develop the tips from episode 116 (check out the episode here) and encourage you to reframe your relationship with worry - and then build some boundaries into that relationship along with other tips. Next week's episode is the final instalment in the mini-series in which i go deep so get subscribed if you aren't already.

David Algeo Dave Algeo is a Weight-loss and Eating Behaviour Change Coach. His mission is to empower burned-out midlifers to regain control of their weight, health and life - reagaining a zest for adventure in midlife and beyond.

Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
