Guide to dealing with the real causes of our over-eating, over-thinking and struggling to stick to our plans to eat better, move more and get healthier. This week it's the 'E' of the S.H.I.T.E. Guide. Emotions are very powerful when they ride through us and they can be overwhelming. Perhaps you have learned to try to block out or shut down your emotions? Whether you get swept away with them or you shit them down, you are missing the opportunity to see those emotions as valuable and important.
