We all want to be mentally healthy but sometimes it’s hard to know what to do in order to keep ourselves there. Understanding the things that hurt us is important but knowing where to put our focus is even more important than that!

In today’s episode, Quinn teaches listeners some of her top tips for staying mentally vigilant. This list is not exhaustive but gives listeners a chance to understand the importance of habits that keep our mental health strong including:

1. Staying rooted in Christ

2. Setting boundaries

3. Forgiving ourselves and others

Mind Renewal Tip:

Not forgiving others is drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. We must forgive in order to be mentally healthy!

Scripture Renewal Tip:

Let your yes be yes and your no be no. For whatever is more than these is from the evil one. Matthew 5:37
