George was one of the youngest aviators in the US Navy towards the end of WWII. His squadron was responsible for destroying important Japanese communications to prepare for the US invasion of main-land Japan.
His heroics during the war would fashion him into a man who would one day begin his career in politics and lead the United States as it's 41st president.
