Corey Costanzo is the Co-Owner of Asheville’s Still Point Wellness Spa, a licensed addiction counselor, trauma specialist, licensed massage therapist, master didgeridoo player, colleague, and my good friend.

In this episode, Corey and I have a conversation about taking accountability and admit when we are wrong. We discuss what blocks people from doing that, what are common challenges to do so and also the flip side of what is the benefit and payoff. Shame and self-judgement are major blockages that get in the way of this accountability as well the stigma of “being wrong”.
