In this deeply personal solo episode, I open up about my own personal experience as a paramedic, while battling PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The painful reality of being met with silence, judgment, and isolation from the very community I served alongside.

I share the very call that sent me into a downward spiral of the unknown, in the face of an infectious disease exposure and then the mind-blowing events that happened after the call, which only intensified my risk.

This is a raw and honest look at the stigma surrounding mental health in emergency services — and why it's time we change the conversation and see the humanity within these professions. First Responders are human beings, not super humans.
