What followed was five intense days where everything seemed to go wrong, forcing me to sit still, feel deeply, and finally face a belief I didn’t even realise I was carrying: that I wasn’t worthy of anything good.
It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. That belief had been quietly shaping my choices for years. By staying with the discomfort and asking better questions, I was able to see it clearly and start letting it go.
