Organizations do not change. But people do. And when they do, the organization eventually changes. In this episode, Saurabh is joined by Dr Naomi Stanford, an organisation design practitioner and author. During her earlier UK career, she was a corporate employee of large multinational companies, including Price Waterhouse, British Airways, Marks & Spencer, and Xerox. She then moved to the US working as an organisation design consultant to a range of organizations in the government, non-profit and private sectors. She has now returned to the UK to work in the government sector.

[02:59] Can you describe organization design using an analogy?
[11:39] In your experience, is it easier to design a private sector organization vs a public sector organization?
[15:31] How has work from home/anywhere impacted the way an organization has to be designed?

[27:25] Can you share about your upcoming book?
[31:44] From a design perspective, how would organizations operate in the future?
