Like daily life, our nightly dreams can sometimes be complicated -- and exhausting! Often we must completely deconstruct our sleep time stories, particularly those that feel like never-ending sagas, before we can see the key parts of the big picture. In doing so, we can extract the core message.

Yvonne checks in once more with one of her clients and offers up such a "puzzling" dream. This lengthy and rather incongruous dream has a lot of different parts that Yvonne breaks down. She essentially determines that dreamer was losing energy in her life. Her "leaking" or "stolen" energy takes the form in the dream of "shrinking" or stolen money. A wrecked truck and other symbols represent the dreamer's physical body and material life -- as well as her emotional and spiritual reserves. Yvonne looks at the dream piece by piece and then puts together "the big picture"--so that you can begin to do the same with your sleeping dreams and waking realities.
