We’re living in a time where nearly every health concept has been packaged into a branded protocol like cycle syncing, GLP-1s, Pilates over lifting, hormone-balancing supplements. What may have started with good intentions has quickly spiraled into a culture of over-complication, where trends are followed without context and strategy is replaced by rule-following.
