UGA Mentor Program Ambassadors, Kevin Nwogu (BBA ‘22) and Elena Griggs (BBA ‘22), and their mentors, Raymond Phillips (BS ‘12 & MBA ‘18) and Mary Elizabeth Sadd (BBA ‘87), reflect on their experiences in the UGA Mentor Program from their time as pilot participants to now. They also discuss what it's like to get started as a student or mentor in the program, lessons learned from one another, and how the UGA Mentor Program has grown since its launch on August 21, 2019.
