Most real estate agents and vendors pour their energy into chasing new clients, but the real money isn’t in the hunt; it’s in what happens after the contract is signed.

How you handle a client from the moment they say “yes” determines everything.

The mistake most people make is treating the sale as the destination, when in reality it’s the most dangerous moment in the entire relationship.
