Episode 6 Part A continues our official podcast journey where I have the pleasure of introducing Lawrence Schwartz from Ukiah, California. Larry teaches for the Ukiah Unified School District (UUSD). The UUSD's mission and vision statement reached out to me and seemed authentic and honest about the community in which they serve.

Take the time to read their mission and vision statement, I hope to see more schools redesign their mission and vision statement to be a more honest reflection of the students they serve and how to serve them best.

I loved talking with Coach Schwartz, it was an emotional conversation based on love of what we do and who we teach.
