In this episode, I share my holistic approach to health and living consciously, drawing upon personal experiences and research from what humans have been doing the longest to the latest science.

I share the interconnectedness of our health from our breath, sleep, and nutrition to movement, relationships, and purpose. I outline the key pillars within my holistic health model and a few principles I abide by in each area.
