We are definitely in a time of tribulation. You do not have to be religious to see this, as tribulation simply means a time of upheaval. When you look at the past you can see that a clear pattern emerges when it comes to government narratives. We are presented with a narrative associated with events, we are then presented with the solutions which are always framed in the context that they will be applied to some “other”. The solutions are then put into place and are applied to and ultimately accepted by the public at large.

In the Christian specific segment this week, we will be taking a closer look at one of the least considered figures in the New Testament, Judas Iscariot. Judas is usually presented as simply a cardboard cut out villain, similar to a movie villain who basically exists to move the plot forward. Judas however was a real person who fell into a fatal error. The truth is that Judas is not so unlike ourselves than we would like to believe.
