According to a recent report by the NITI Aayog, India’s Planning Commission, Twenty-one cities, including Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad will run out of groundwater by 2020, affecting 100 million people. One of these cities, Chennai is already battling with an unprecedented crisis and many believe that the next city on the list is the rapidly growing Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore.
