Hello, Beautiful!
You are a garden in the spring, ready for renewal and growth.

Have you ever noticed how certain thoughts keep popping up—like stubborn little weeds in a garden you didn’t mean to plant?

Maybe it’s something like “I always mess things up” or “I’m just not the kind of person who can change.”

But what if I told you that those beliefs are simply the result of conditioning, and what if you don’t have to keep them?

This week, we’re entering Week 5 of our 7-week Lenten journey—and it’s time to gently examine those automatic thoughts, pull out the ones that no longer serve us, and plant something new and beautiful in their place.

🌿 In this episode, we’ll explore:
✔️ What science tells us about how our thoughts are on autopilot
✔️ How to “catch the weeds” and make space for new beliefs
✔️ A daily garden rhythm of truth, gratitude, and God’s light

✨ Isaiah 58:11 reminds us:
“You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”

God sees you as a beautiful, growing garden—one that’s fully capable of change, renewal, and daily transformation.
