This episode of Puppet Tears is definitely for the birds ... by that, of course, we mean the flock behind Bird Call Radio: Calvin Lester and Kelsey Brady. Calvin and Kelsey have each worked as puppeteers at Walt Disney World for over a decade, notably performing in The Muppet's Great Moments in American History and Finding Nemo the Musical. They are the creative power-couple behind Bird Call: The Musical and its accompanying properties. We'll talk with them about their journeys to becoming puppeteers, the highs and lows of performing in the parks system, and using what they've learned to develop their own family of characters for Bird Call Radio. PLUS: don't miss a great conversation about being present in performance - whether in a hospital room or a magic kingdom! For mentions and episode highlights, visit PuppetTears.com/BirdCall Release date: August 5, 2020 Edited by Matt Bowen Hosted by Adam Kreutinger & Cameron Garrity
