Nick Bendel is a property investor and the founder of Hunter&Scribe, a copywriting agency specializing in property and finance. A journalist by training, Nick first took an interest in real estate around 10 years ago, when he took a writing gig about property and finance. But when in 2015 he set out to buy his first property in Sydney, he soon realized his budget wouldn’t get him very far. In this episode of Property Uncovered, Sanjeev sits down with Nick to discuss how he overcame his fear of debt in his first property investment, why seeking expert advice is crucial to your success as a property investor, or the impact that having 500 meals with strangers has had on Nick’s life.
