What if the thing you love doing most (that you thought was a waste of time!) can actually help you become more productive in your work and spend your time in a more meaningful way?
In this episode, I’m challenging the traditional view of productivity and making a case for joy, play, and fun as essential parts of our work flow. I don't believe anymore it's a distraction from our goals. I share how a yoga retreat assignment led me to rediscover coloring (yes, coloring!) as a powerful reset tool, and how giving myself permission to play ended up making me more productive and intentional in my work.
I talk about:

  • Why fun and rest aren’t rewards—they’re requirements
  • How our nervous system responds to joy in ways that fuel focus and motivation
  • The guilt that often surrounds play, and how to release it
  • Why thinking we need to “earn rest” keeps us stuck in burnout
  • Simple ways to integrate fun into our life right now, without losing momentum on our goals

If you’ve been grinding nonstop and wondering why it still feels like you’re behind... this episode might be the most productive thing you can do right now!
