We often think becoming our best selves means adding more habits, more hustle, more achievements. But what if the real transformation happens when we start letting go?

I’m sharing my own journey of releasing old identities, expectations, and self-imposed rules from the way I showed up physically to the boundaries I’ve set in my relationships and work.
