Prioritize and Pivot

If you have a to-do list on your phone and a to-do list on your computer and a project management software with your team, it can feel a little bit scattered if you're trying to keep up with all those lists.

You need to consolidate all of those lists into one place for yourself so you can see what is truly important and see everything in its place at a glance.

This will help you persistently prioritize at any moment because what was important even two hours ago might not be important now.
You need to complete the task with the most leverage for your success. Let's get to those tasks that matter right now instead of being stuck in busy work.
The only way to get to the most important work is to put all your tasks together and then pivot toward what matters right now.
I encourage you to consolidate all your lists so you can see everything in one place.
You need to be able to prioritize all the time.
Just because you made the plan doesn't mean you have to stick to the plan or execute it in the way you originally thought.
