- CrossFit Commitment: I’ve done CrossFit over two years, loving the challenge and competitive spirit. The pain during reps (burpees, muscle ups, pull-ups) turns to endorphin-fueled pride after—my watch keeps ticking 10-15 minutes post-workout!
- Prayer Routine: I pray 15 minutes before work, talking to the Lord with gratitude. It’s a discipline that grounds me.
- Time-Blocking Success: As an entrepreneur, I was scattered until I started using ChatGPT and Grok to create daily time-blocked to-do lists. It eradicated distractions—no Pivot podcast or news—and boosted my productivity.
- Family Meetings: Every Saturday at 7:00 AM, we hold structured family meetings with an agenda to celebrate wins, address issues (like fixing alarms), and improve together.
- Church Habit: We go to church to worship and teach our kids about Christ—a staple discipline.
- Rules for Growth: Discipline needs rules, like brushing teeth or stopping at red lights. Add rules to new habits, and they become automatic. Stick to them!
