We are back baby.
I almost didn’t put this episode out. It felt too unpolished, too personal, too… just me off the cuff.
But that’s exactly why I hit publish.
In this first solo episode, I talk about the version of myself I let die because she needed to go, the breakup that almost ruined me but also made me so much better, and the strange freedom that comes when you finally stop pretending you’re good. It’s messy, it’s human, and it’s probably the most honest way to start.
