In Season 1 of the Play on Words Podcast, we feature artists, writers and performers from previous shows and interview them about their process. Play on Words is a literary arts series that pairs emerging and established writers with professional actors for live performances in San Jose, California. The series was founded by Melinda Marks, Nichole Hughes, and Julia Halprin Jackson in 2013. Since then, the group has showcased original fiction, non fiction, theater and poetry by more than 30 writers.
