Welcome back to the 12th and final episode of season one of Pop To The Loo, living with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, with Cass and Sarah.

Cass and Sarah discuss their intentions ready for 2022 and what they would like to contribute to the IBD community ongoing.

Cass and Sarah wish to thank everyone for their invaluable and outstanding support throughout season one. In particular, a massive shout out to Gillian, Martha and Craig (aka @driventofightuk) who have provided unconditional love and support from day one, alongside the wider IBD community.
