Garrett Jacobs
Garrett Jacobs was born in Bossier City, Louisiana where July is hot and August is even hotter. Garrett grew up listening to artists that his grandfather enjoyed like Bill Withers and Sam Cooke along with his dad's favorites like Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Eagles. Garrett found country music when he was 15 listening to Chris Stapleton but his earliest memory of music happened to be watching his mom sing in church when he was 5. All that being said, music has always been Garrett Jacobs first love and it always will be.
Garrett moved to Nashville, Tennessee when he was 18 and started writing songs. By the grace of Jesus he signed his first publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing when he was 21 and is currently recording and releasing some songs that he is extremely proud to call his own.
When you hear Garrett’s music, he hopes his blend of blues, soul, and country makes you feel whatever you've been looking for. He’s just getting started and is happy you're here for the journey.
