0:01 Hey, it's sherrCheri with today's pocket cast.

0:05 I had hit the panic button this morning, so I was on the treadmill doing my morning walk, and the cat was on the chair that's near that treadmill, and he's chasing this fly, and I'm watching him, and I'm going, I better get a hold of that, that emergency switch just in case something happens.

0:34 And lo and behold, doesn't the cat lose his balance and end up on the treadmill walking quickly, chasing a fly? I hit the panic button, and we both came to a screeching halt.

0:53 But otherwise, I think I would have tripped over the cat.

0:55 The cat would have hit the things behind the treadmill, and it would have probably been an injury because you know how a treadmill is if you don't stop it.

1:10 And so my walk got cut short this morning because I had hit the panic button, and the cat was so upset that he needed to have some time with Mom.

1:29 When was the last time you hit the panic button for something?

1:34 Share with me some of the things that happened to you that you had quickly hit the panic button, whether it was on the treadmill or something around the house.

1:45 I know kids create that panic moment.

1:50 I've had those times, but today was my day to hit the panic button.

1:57 Let me know an idea or a time when you had to hit the panic button.

2:02 This is Cheri Dotterer from The Writing Glitch, and here is today's pocket cast.

2:07 Have a wonderful day, and remember you were put here for this time.
